Caesar Salad

Serves 10

2 cloves garlic
1 small can anchovies

2 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
⅓ cup oil (salad)
1 egg

2 heads romaine lettuce, cut up
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups croutons

Run the 2 garlic cloves in the bottom of a large salad bowl (preferably wooden). Mash anchovies. Add the rest of the ingredients, up to the lettuce. Put the lettuce in last, then the Parmesan cheese and croutons.
