For more than 25 years, Andrea has been heating up kitchens in restaurants, cruise ships and homes all around the globe, and is now executive chef and partner at several of San Francisco's most popular destination restaurants. Currently, Andrea and his partners Jerry Dal Bozzo and Dante Serafini own and operate the following restaurants: The Crab House on Pier 39, The Stinking Rose in San Francisco and Los Angeles, Calzone's in San Francisco, and The Dead Fish in Crockett, CA, and the newly opened Boboquivari's.

Boboquivari's means court jester...and the atmosphere is one of Cirque du Soleil-type fun.
