Easter Sunday, April 20, is a celebration of rebirth and spring. For many, Easter is more a celebration of spring than a religious holiday.  Families enjoy egg hunts, family celebrations that include cooking traditional Easter recipes and church services.  Some popular Easter foods are hot cross buns, hard-boiled eggs (dyed for egg hunts), roast lamb, ham, asparagus, lemons, raspberries, and strawberries.
