Seven Bone Roast

Serves 4-6

3-5 lb. seven bone roast
2 medium size russet potatoes
4 whole carrots
4 stalks celery
2 medium onions
beef stew mix (Lawry's packaged)

Place the roast in a large roasting pan. Add all vegetables. Sprinkle beef stew mix over all ingredients. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil.

Cook 200 degrees for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Note: If you make a day in advance, refrigerate and take the fat off the top before serving.
