If you want an excellent hamburger, cooked just the way you like it, go to Mo's. The burgers are plump, 7-ounce beauties made from center-cut chuck ground in-house. Cooked (to a turn?) on a revolving grill at the front of the restaurant, they're served on good, crusty rolls with homemade mayonnaise. Options to dress up the burger include several kinds of cheese, bacon, grilled mushrooms, and barbecue sauce.
You get a choice of French fries, black beans, Spanish rice, or wickedly pink pickled cabbage; go with the potatoes and you'll be rewarded with a generous mound of good skinny skin-on fries. As long as you're indulging, have a thick creamy milkshake (vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, mocha and chocolate raspberry), served in a classic metal container, or a root beer float.
Mo's does have a few other items besides hamburgers, like a grilled chicken breast or grilled eggplant, but the burgers are so good, it would be a shame to miss them. You can be good tomorrow.
