When it opened, this Manhattan-transplant, the Bubble Lounge, was hot, hot, hot. Lines outside, limos parked around the block signaled that new life had come to the outer reaches of the Financial District. Things have cooled down since the opening, but the young and stylish still lounge on the comfy couches and overstuffed chairs, sipping on a great selection of sparklers and other wines, and munching on the cheese plates, foie gras terrine, sushi and caviar, of course. The downstairs area, a series of small rooms and seating areas, is a great place for a lovey-dovey date.
