Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour is now available in a resealable ZIP-PAK package. In fact, it is the first change to their packaging in nearly 70 years. Paper flour bags, which replaced cloth bags, were introduced in the 1930s. Their flour is milled in Great Falls, Montana with 100 % organic wheat.
